Application for Enrolment

Please be aware that there is a known issue with this service that prevents the form being submitted using the Safari browser.  Safari is often the default browser on iPads and iPhones.  Please ensure that you are using a browser other than Safari to complete the on-line enrolment.

 

An Application for Enrolment form (via the link above) must be completed in respect of every child for whom enrolment is sought. Before an application can be considered, the following conditions must be met:

• Application for Enrolment form completed
  
  
• Application Fee of $30 to be paid
  
  
• Parents must arrange an interview with the Principal.
  
  
• Parents must be prepared to accept the conditions of enrolment (stated on the enrolment form) full in respect of each child.
  
  
• A copy of Birth and Baptismal certificates must be furnished.
  
  
• Enrolment does not automatically follow as a result of an application.
